Half Baked Harvest's Tieghan Gerard recently joined Brit on a Teach Me Something New podcast episode all about her best cooking tips. Top with fresh herbs and serve with naan and additional feta on the side. Serve the chicken with the vinaigrette and feta sauce spooned over top.Alternately, you can roast the chicken at 400 degrees for 20-30 minutes. Grill the skewers until lightly charred and cooked through, turning them occasionally throughout cooking, about 10 to 12 minutes total.Take skewers and thread the chicken, artichokes, and asparagus pieces on. Set your grill, grill pan, or skillet to medium-high heat.Stir in the herbs, paprika, and a pinch of red pepper flakes. Combine the feta, yogurt, and lemon juice in a blender or food processor. In a jar, combine 1/4 cup olive oil, the lemon juice, red wine vinegar, honey, sun-dried tomatoes, 1 clove garlic, and a pinch each of chili flakes, salt, and pepper. Marinate for 15 minutes or up to overnight in the fridge. In a bowl, combine 3 tablespoons olive oil, the paprika, cumin, cayenne, cinnamon, 3 cloves garlic, ginger, cilantro, parsley, and a pinch each of chili flakes and salt.1/4 cup chopped fresh tender herbs such as dill basil or parsley.Pour the cream sauce over the chicken and ingredients in the baking pan. Add the cream, cream cheese, garlic, salt and pepper and whisk until smooth. 2 tablespoons chopped sun-dried tomatoes Add the broth and corn starch to a small bowl and whisk well until cornstarch is completely smooth and blended in.juice of 1 a lemon (about 2 tablespoons).Place the potatoes and Brussels sprouts on the pan. In a small bowl, whisk together half of the lemon juice, mustard, garlic, honey, teaspoon salt, and 2 tablespoons of the olive oil. 2 pounds boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut into bite-size chunks Preheat the oven to 400F and lightly coat a rimmed baking sheet (jelly roll pan) with nonstick cooking spray.1/4 cup fresh cilantro and or parsley, chopped.4 cloves garlic, finely chopped or grated.3 tablespoons, plus 1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil.Plate and top the chicken and veggies with the yogurt sauce.Photo via Tieghan Gerard of Half Baked Harvest Once your sheet is done baking, remove the lemons and finely chop. In a bowl mix together greek yogurt, feta cheese, olives and cilantro. While your meal is baking, make the yogurt sauce. Add 2 1/4 cups flour, 1 teaspoon baking soda, 1 teaspoon cinnamon, 1 teaspoon ginger, and 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt. Coat with olive oil, the juice of one lemon and greek seasoning. In a bowl, cream together 1 1/2 sticks (12 tablespoons) softened salted butter, 1/4 cup molasses, 1/4 cup honey, and 1 teaspoon vanilla until combined, 3-5 minutes. Mixed together and tossed with fresh veggies and chicken Boy. On a baking tray, add the chicken, sweet potatoes, chickpeas, shallot, broccolini, and sliced lemons. A simple blend of olive oil, lemon juice, garlic and a few spices you probably already have. Our whole family loves this meal! See the full video of this recipe here! If you go back through my recipes you’ll see that they inspire lots of what I cook! Like this grilled greek chicken with lemon orzo, turkey feta meatballs and crockpot chicken gyros (all great recipes you should try). Greek and Mediterranean flavors are some of my favorites. It’s one of those recipes that has lead me to so many yummy sheet pan dinners. This recipe is based off of Half Baked Harvest’s Harissa Chicken which has been heavy in the Adams family rotation for awhile.
